Delivery Information
Free delivery on orders $200 and up
We will deliver any product costing $200+ for free* in Singapore.
This offer is not applicable to products with price lowered under $200 by a promotion or gift certificate.
To qualify for free delivery, your delivery location must also be accessible via elevator (i.e. on the same storey as lift landing) or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area, and must not be in surcharge-able locations. For more details, please see below.
Notification of Delivery
In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or time slot due to reasons including but not limited to lack of stock from suppliers, scheduling difficulties, or force majure, you will be notified at our earliest convenience. Twomu reserves the right to amend the delivery timings should such circumstances arise.
We accept changes to the delivery date and/or time up to 3 working days before the stipulated delivery date. Any changes must be made in writing to Twomu through email. Please remember to include your invoice / order number in the email subject title for tracking purposes. The change in delivery date and/or time will not be considered confirmed unless we have replied in writing.
Our delivery crew will call you on the day of your delivery / before they arrive to inform you of their estimated arrival timing. In the event that you are not at home to receive the goods during the stipulated delivery timing and there is a failed delivery, a $60 delivery charge will apply to have the goods delivered to you at a separate date and time.
After Hours Delivery Fees
Any delivery timeslots requested to be scheduled after 6.00pm during standard delivery days will be subject to a S$30 delivery surcharge.
Staircase Delivery Fees
If the delivery crew is unable to send furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery (eg. Furniture is unable to fit into elevator, elevator unservicable upon delivery crew's arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management etc), we will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.
Should delivery via staircase be deemed safe, additional charges per item will be as follows:
- First non lift-accessible storey free of charge (e.g. staircase delivery from ground floor to level two is free)
- Each subsequent non-life accessible storey - $8.00 per item transported per floor.
(i.e. staircase delivery of a swing chair and a bistro set to the 3th non-lift accessible storey (e.g. Level 4 of a shophouse etc) will cost an additional $48.
In the event that the goods cannot be delivered via elevator, and we access that it cannot be safely carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. In the event of cancellation, you will be liable to pay a delivery charge of $50.00, and we will refund you any payment made less the delivery charge, non-refundable deposit and administrative fees, within 7 days of cancellation date.
Surcharges payable may not be reflected in your auto-generated invoice. Should there be any surcharges applicable, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Delivery Surcharge for Selected Locations
A $30 delivery surcharge will be imposed in addition to the existing delivery fee upon every delivery made to/from Sentosa Island, military camps, protected areas, and locations as gazetted by Singapore Government.
Disposal of Old Furniture
We do not provide disposal of furniture, as we do not have the resources to break down and dispose old furniture in the authorised locations as specified by local authorities. We advises you to contact your town council for free furniture disposal service (HDB or landed estates), or your condominium/office building's building management.
